Move + Flow + Sound
Begins by dropping in with sound, using vibration and breath to help quiet the noise, settle the mind, and create a sense of presence before movement begins. From there, we’ll move through grounding yoga to open the body and build awareness, followed by Pilates and sculpt-inspired movement to create strength, stability, and heat. We’ll transition into somatic movement practices designed to release tension, reconnect you to your body, and soften what you’ve been carrying.
We close with an immersive sound bath to help your system settle, integrate, and restore, leaving you feeling clearer, steadier, and more connected to yourself.
