A movement & sonic experience led by Samantha Cohen and Lacey Cline, designed to strengthen the body, regulate the nervous system, and create space to return to yourself.

Move + Flow + Sound

Begins by dropping in with sound, using vibration and breath to help quiet the noise, settle the mind, and create a sense of presence before movement begins. From there, we’ll move through grounding yoga to open the body and build awareness, followed by Pilates and sculpt-inspired movement to create strength, stability, and heat. We’ll transition into somatic movement practices designed to release tension, reconnect you to your body, and soften what you’ve been carrying.

We close with an immersive sound bath to help your system settle, integrate, and restore, leaving you feeling clearer, steadier, and more connected to yourself.

Fresh Baked is an immersive performance series produced by Strange Loop Projects at Strange Loop Laboratory. Each installment invites a cohort of choreographers to create performance-ready work within a 24-hour window—shared live with an audience that same evening.

Working from the same set of randomly drawn prompts, each artist builds a distinct piece in real time, shaped by instinct, interpretation, collaboration, and decisive action.

This is not a work-in-progress showing.
It is fully realized performance created under real constraints.

Poet-O-Rama

Humor is resistance, Joy is rebellion.

Fourteen storytellers and poets gather for an evening of wit, truth, and community in support of those impacted by ICE enforcement. This special fundraiser benefits the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota and the Las Amigas Program, organizations providing critical legal support and advocacy for immigrant communities.

Admission is pay-as-able, with donations accepted at the door. All proceeds will go directly to these organizations and the individuals they serve.

Join us for a night where laughter, storytelling, and solidarity come together in service of justice.

Step inside Strange Loop Laboratories for a free yoga class inside our Bazaar Bizarre indoor circus tent. Class will be followed by a special behind the scenes open house peek inside our space.

Class at 1:00pm- Doors open at 12:30. Please arrive early to set bring your own mat. Water available for purchase or bring your own.
